There is a screw on the underside that changes height adjustment (I don't have my bike here at work, so I can't remember exactly where, but I seem to remember it being pretty obvious when i got down there and looked). Check your owner's manual and then get down and get the worm's-eye-view. I can try to check mine if someone doesn't get a better answer to you first....
